Bobby Coleman Curtsinger, age 80, husband of 59 years to Emily (Wiley) Curtsinger, passed away Monday, February 27, 2023.  Bobby was born December 16, 1942 in Anderson County, Kentucky to the late James R. and Margaret  (Sutherland) Curtsinger.


Bobby was a retired 42 year employee with Rand McNally in Versailles, KY, and an Army veteran.  He was a member of Alton Christian Church, loved playing golf, fishing, and being outdoors.  Bobby was adored by his grandchildren, Lauren, Tanner & Dylan, and was so proud of each of them.


Including his wife Emily, Bobby is survived by his children, Michelle McFarland and her husband Brian, Michael Curtsinger and his wife Heather;  his grandchildren, Lauren Gillis, Tanner Gillis and Dylan Curtsinger; a brother, Edward Curtsinger and his wife Cheri;  an aunt, Betty Baxter;  a sister-in-law, Ardella Curtsinger;  and several nieces and nephews. 


Including his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by a brother, James Ray Curtsinger.


Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M., Saturday, March 4, 2023 at the Alton Christian Church with Bro. Noal Cotton, Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday from 11 A.M., till time of service at 1:00 P.M., at the Alton Christian Church.


Casket bearers will be Tanner Gillis, Brian McFarland, Bob McFarland, Jamie Curtsinger, Travis Curtsinger, and Edward Curtsinger.  Honorary bearers will be Lauren Gillis, Dylan Curtsinger, and Kenny Smith.


In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to The American Heart Association, P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, TX  75284-0692 or Alton Christian Church, 1686, Lawrenceburg, KY  40342.
