Bonnieseal Barnes, 87, of Panama City, Florida died Monday, Feb. 17, 2020.Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, 2020 at Kent - Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Garden od Memories Cemetery. Family will receive friends 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
