I am so terribly shocked over this tragic situation. I came to know Brian and Melanie during my years working with them at the Racine Correctional Institution. They are both such wonderful people. Although I have not seen Brian for a number of years, I am so deeply saddened over this tragedy. Such bad things sometimes happen to such good people.
