He is survived by his wife, Sheryl Slaughter; four daughters, LaShawnda, Dedria, Ashleigh, and Brucshaire; seven sons, Marvin, Kareem, Bruce II, Bruce III, James, Dontez, and Eumonze; twenty four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four sisters; and seven brothers.
