I just found out that Carlton passed. I'm so sorry I rented from him for 4 yrs he was a awsome landlord. My prayers to his family

Thinking of your family today, on your dad´s birthday. I am so sorry for your loss. He was such a good friend to so many. We were friends for 40 years. There was never a person he would pass by at the Wisconsin Athletic Club that he wouldn´t stop and say hello to. I miss talking with him. I know he has finally found peace being reunited with your mom. My sympathies.

Not sure if you remember me but we lived on the corner house on Colline Vue Court 1982 to 1993. My daughter Shannon went to HS with Chad. I just found out about Carl's passing and wanted to express my sympathy. I'm sure you are very proud of Carl and Iris - what great people they were. Carl was quite the character - I know he will be missed.

Too many memories. He was my best friend.

Our sympathies and warm thoughts to the Zeiler family. Our family moved to the neighborhood in 2001 and Iris and Carl were one of the most welcoming individuals we have ever met. Our children have fond memories of been invited over to enjoy hot summer days in the pool with Iris and Carl stopping by to help us with cutting firewood. Dear Zeiler Family, So very sorry to hear of Carl's passing. He was such a great man and a very good friend to me. He will be missed. The Zeilers are in the Leitermann families thoughts and prayers.
