Not sure what to say?

We were saddened to hear of the passing of Dr Privitera. Our family's were close neighbors for over 40 yrs. He and my Dad were polar opposites, politically but we always enjoyed their spirited conversations, while respecting each other's views. He and my Dad enjoyed many times golfing and conversing. We were very fortunate to have 'Carm' and his family in our lives.RIP Dr. P

My sister and I were the first residents to move into a cottage at Avila in July 2004 and Carm & Bernie arrived in the main building when it opened soon after, so we've known & appreciated them as neighbors/friends from that time. We learned of Carm's death just this evening & were saddened by it. We extend our condolences, kind thoughts & prayers to all of you & will try to arrange a Mass intention for Carm & Bernie at Teresian House in the near future.

May God Bless the family, It was a pleasure to take care of Carmelo he was a very nice man. Loundville Adult Home Linda

Family,
Our family got to know Carm while our Parents lived at Avila. He was always a pleasure to see. Our Father, who recently passed, considered him a friend. We are very sorry for your loss but he will live on in the many memories he has left us all. Our deepest condolences to the entire family.

What beautiful words written about him. In the few short times I have seen him over the last few years he always brought a smile to my face. He was a kind man. I am thankful I had the opportunity to meet him. Sorry for your loss...Praying for God to comfort you all..

Frank: We were sorry to hear about your dad's passing. I remember meeting him once when he did some voicework for a Rueckert spot. Bob (and Peg) Schalit

I had the honor of knowing carm for 2+ years. An amazing man he was and will be remembered by all for his sense of humor and silliness. He made a lot of people laugh and smile as he walked by. Carmelo was my yellow mello. Rip my friend xo
