Carol Hilliard

My daughter, Amanda, shared with us a story about Carol. We had gone skiing with a group from church--it was our first time skiing. I never got off Bunny Hill, but my daughter did and felt she was ready for the next adventure so took the ski lift a bit higher. Coming down the hill, she realized it was too scary for her--she cried wondering how to get down, and God sent an Angel. That Angel, Carol, stayed with Amanda all the way down, showing her how to ski down; Carol never left her side. ...

God touched my heavy heart one Sunday when He send Carol to sit next to me one Sunday years ago. It meant so much to me. Praying over all her loved ones through this time.

The last time I talked to Carol was March 8, still have it on my phone. I was getting ready to go to the coast for a job. I always enjoyed Carol, I wish I could have been here to talk over past few months. I am glad to have gotten to know her. She was a blessing. I am glad she is with the Lord, no more scars for her.
