Not sure what to say?

Carol was the best daughter in the world. She took such good care of Annie and I loved adored, admired and appreciated that. Of course, she was a wonderful friend also. It was such an honor to know her and to have met a few of her good friends and Al.

Carol was my neighbor in Tacoma. We took dance lessons together, drank wine, chatted, watched Dancing with the Stars, went on walks with our dogs, and hung out with Annie when she was alive. I will remember Carol's smile and vivacious personality. She was a gem and will be missed.

Gardening Buddies

Although I only knew Carol for a short period of her life, I grew to admire and care for her.Carol was a caring and generous friend, continually inspiring and creating. I am blessed to call her friend.

I was a very good friend of Carol's mother, Annie. I met Anne in approximately 1975. She always wanted Carol and I to be friends, which of course was easy. Carol took such good care of Anne during the last years of her life. I always thought Carol would be blessed with a long and happy life for this good deed and have been so sad over the last few years because she has been so ill. I think God blessed Carol by giving her such good friends, good dogs, and a wonderful and caring man. Al...

Carol and I were friends in middle school and only connected a few years ago on Facebook and over the phone.
I have fond memories of our friendship. My sympathy goes out to her friends and family-may God be with you in this time of loss. Sounds like she indeed made the most of her life and fought the good fight until the end. May she rest in peace.

Carol was a real trooper with a tremendous zest for life. She NEVER gave up hope. Even though we did not get together often, living on two different coasts, we spoke a lot on the phone. We were kindred spirits connected by our cancers. I considered her my sister-in-law and will always remember her. She brought the best out in Al and I know she has a special place in his heart.

Carol was my former next door neighbor and a great friend. We shared many a good time over a glass (or two) or wine and cheese and walking our dogs in the park. A highlight of our time together was a super fun trip to Walla Walla. I will greatly miss her and wish I could attend her service in tribute to a fabulous person (alas, I am in trial, so that isn't an option). My thoughts will be with her, her family, and friends.

We were neighbors in Noe valley and we would walk our dogs together, back when Carol only had Jake. Jake helped my rescued Phoenix adjust to her new life. We miss Carol and all her dogs at Common Scents where they frequently visited.

Carol - I love you. You are a hero to me, Erika and my mom. We will never forget you.
