Carol Struble

Carol Struble, 72, of Soldier, Iowa passed away on January 17, 2013 at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa. Memorial graveside services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, June 29, 2013 in Jordan Cemetery, rural Soldier, Iowa with Sue Terry officiating. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Rush Family Care Service, Onawa, Iowa. Carol was born on January 16, 1941, in Buffalo, New York, the daughter of Elmer and Ethyl (Schwab) Wansart. She married Wm. R. (Bill) Struble in St. Petersburg, Florida. The couple moved back to Soldier, Iowa nine years ago. Carol worked throughout her life in retail and in the offices of various businesses. She was a member of the Soldier Community Club. Carol is survived by her husband, Wm. R. (Bill) Struble of Soldier, Iowa; a son, Kevin Richards of Mississippi; and a daughter, Kelli Beiers of Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Zachary Miller.
