Penny I am so sorry for your lost. Your Mom was a wonderful person. I've known her for over 30 years. Selling shrimp on 4th Street. She always had a smile on her face. She will be missed. She was a beautiful lady inside and out.

Penny and family, my prayers are with you during this difficult time. I met her at the shrimp lot and she knew me when I worked at City Hall in the 90's. She is someone that I will not forget. I lost my mom in 2007 and know the feeling of losing your mom. May God be with you all.
