I'm so sorry for your loss, as a young teenager my grandmother was friends with CeCie and she would take me on ride alongs because I wanted to be an officer. She taught me so much and 25 years later I still think about her often and fondly. I hope she knew what an impact she made on me.

Cecie we were both in our 30s upon receiving our badges and I was blessed to be assigned a locker near yours...18 years of conversations and sharing feelings and thoughts...and 38 years of friendship. We WOOFs (women officers over forty) were so proud the day you were the first Seattle Police Woman to receive the Officer of the Year Award. No doubt you carried along with your badge and gun your love of Jesus Christ as you served the citizens of Seattle. We know you are amongst the angels...

Cicie was one of the most amazing people I have ever met.. Although I did not know her very long I will miss her cheerful attitude. May she Rest In Peace .

I am Cecie Doucet's neice. Her sister JeanneAnne's daughter Michelle. So shocked and saddened to hear about her death after a battle with cancer. Just told my mom, her sister, JeanneAnne, about Cecie's passing. She was understandably shocked and saddened.
I wish we had known of her struggles. Her nephew Kenneth Hahn passed away 18months ago after a battle with cancer. I picture all our passed on loved ones having a big family reunion with Christ. Goodbye Aunt Cecie. You Are Loved.
