Schleff, Clara B. (nee Firme) Clara B. Schleff (nee Firme), age 79, of Portage, IN, passed away at Brentwood Assisted Living in Hobart on Sunday, December 2, 2012. Clara was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Schleff in 2002 and her parents, Inez and Jean Firme. Clara is survived by her son, Jeffrey (Rita) Schleff of Island Lake, IL; 2 grandchildren, Kathryn Gloria and Mark Donald Schleff; sister, Diane Firme of Valparaiso; 2 aunts, Maxine Geisler of Missouri and Jane Santoro of Arizona; 3 sisters-in-law, Norma (James) Frederick of Portage, Patsye Edward of North Carolina, and Loretta Schleff of Arizona; and numerous loving nieces and nephews and cousins.
