Not sure what to say?

I think about you often Curtis and of all the good times both on and off duty. God rest your soul my friend.

Hello Dottie, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of my good friend and US Navy shipmate, Curtis E. Hall. I was stationed with Curtis at my first duty station at Little Creek Dental Clinic in Norfolk, VA and again stationed with him aboard USS Independence (CV62). It was tough being away from home so much on cruises overseas but we made the best of it and had as much fun as we could. Dottie, if you can remember, we used to go on camping trips together. I hope all is well with you and the...

It was an indeed my pleasure to have known Curtis. In 1981 i issues his orders to replace me as Dental Technician Detailer because of his outstanding naval career. My deepest sympathy to his family Rest Your Oars Master Chief.

I just found out about Curtis passing away. My heart is breaking, especially that I neglected spending time with him for too many years. He was my mentor and friend. I respected him so much. He was truly an American original. Dottie, we miss you, and we are praying for you as grieve his lost. Linda and I would love to see you.

We cried when we heard Curtis was gone. Then we started to laugh at some of the silly things he used to say and do. Every male celebrity that was spoken of Curtis would say I think that was Peter Lawford'. He nicknamed our first baby, saying it was 'a boy and his name is Tullard'. Curtis had the best sense of humor & poker face, he could always pull off a great joke. We have some great memories of Curtis that will stay with us until we see him again in paradise. We send our love and are...

I was so saddened to hear of Curtis' passing. He touched so many hearts and lives. He was a strong, positive, caring male role model in our neighborhood. Selflessly giving of himself and his time to others. You will be missed by many Mr. Curtis

Sadness in hearing the passing of Master Chief Hall. My heart aches in knowing that my Earthly friendship no longer exists. He was a true leader and mentor. Curtis represented the best the Navy could offer, there is none better. He will be missed by many. With deepest respect, fair winds and following seas, DTCM Hall.
