Daniel X. Bazan age 37 of San Antonio passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2012. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Emma De La Garza Muniz, Manuel Bazan Jr., Connie G. Vasquez, Manuel and Hortencia Martinez, cousin, Robert "Bo" Romo. Daniel is survived by his parents: Francisco X. and Carmen J. Bazan; brother, Samuel M. Bazan and wife Dolores; nieces and nephews: Emma L. Bazan, Iliana M. Bazan, Xavier M. Bazan; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will begin Sunday at 4:00 P.M. in The Angelus Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:30 P.M. Funeral Mass will be offered Monday at 10:00 A.M. at St. Paul's Catholic Church. Services will conclude at the church. The family would like to express their thanks and gratitude to Laura Gonzales and the staff of Christus Santa Rosa Northwest Oncology and the staff of Christus Santa Rosa Hospice for the care given to Daniel, and management and staff of the Grand Hyatt Hotel. He was passionate for dance, art, music, and acting with his friends. He touched the lives of many people in life. I felt very blessed to be a part of Danny's life. I was one of a great team at Christus that had the pleasure of getting to know him over the past 1++ years. He became a friend and our visits were the highlight of my day! My condolences to his family and close friends- you will be with your angel again.

My family & I prayers are with the Bazan family, even though I haven't seen Danny in years I know he loved life an he would be truly missed. Paco,Carmen & Sammy when the days gets rough ask God for strength an he will provide.

I'm so sad to get the news late Danny! I will never forget how nice you were to me in high-school when others were not. You always tried to make me feel special! And I will never forget our Menudo Concert experience. I will always have those special memories that no one can take away!
