Memorials may be made to DeSmet Jesuit High School. Dorsey, Dan, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, May 26, 2008 at the age of 15. Beloved son of Rick and Lori Dorsey; dearest brother of Matthew Dorsey; special grandson of Ira and Chloe Dorsey, and the late John and Norma Goeke, great-grandson of Virginia Londe; dear nephew of Mary (John) Speak, Ron (Tracy) Dorsey, Sue (Ross) Schneider, Lynn (Greg) Combest, Lisa (Randy) Schroeder, Karen (Rob) Wibracht, Diane Schneiderjans (special aunt). Also survived by his special friend and cousin, Ryan Schroeder, great-aunts and uncles and many cousins, friends and hunting buddies. Dan was a student at DeSmet Jesuit High School, a former member of St. Angela of Merici and a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Dan enjoyed being a member of the DeSmet Jesuit High and St. Charles American Legion Baseball Teams. Dan also played Freshman Football at DeSmet, played the drums and enjoyed hunting and being outdoors.
You're not far from Jake and my thoughts today Dan. You always bring a smile to our lips and tears in my eyes. But though you are not here, I feel yoo are still near to Jake. Thank you. You'll always be a brother he never had and we so miss and love you.
