Dan was truly was one of the hardcore great executives of Plough, Inc. and related companies who was always greatly respected by hundreds of employees as being one of the finest men in the company. He stayed in touch with many of us even after retiring with honors. He will always be missed. A friend and "disciple" of sorts, Lewis Nolan, retired VP of communications for Schering-Plough HealthCare Products and longtime friend and admirer of Dan.
