My heart breaks for you. Dave was certainly a very special guy. I knew him most of my life. Always loved his smile. Loved being around him and his brother, Paul. They were each such kind people growing up.
Sorry, I can´t be there in person to tell you how much Dave meant to me too. He has left heavy footprints on a lot of hearts. May God provide you with pleasant memories to carry you into the future.

Lisa, Gerilynn,
We were so shocked to hear the bad news. Dave was our great friend for 40 years. We had such good times at the Outer Banks and the fish club.
He was "The Man" at Bortz. Terrible loss.
