David Ferruggia

David was born on March 19, 1952 and passed away in January 2019. David was a resident of Idaho at the time of passing. He earned a bachelor's degree from Chico as a Social worker and started programs at Kootenai County juvenile detention center and counseled many children. Following Dave's wishes there will be a small celebration of life with close friends and family on Saturday.
