July 26, 2023 and I just saw this sad news. Dave was my boss at Olver Labs years ago. He was known for his long silent pauses and Clint Eastwood stare that made many very nervous. But, I was so lucky to have traveled once to N. VA with him to see a client. I quickly realized even more so that he was a truly kind and witty human being! I'm so happy to have known Dave!
