Dr. Lipscomb was born on September 26, 1951 and passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018. Dr. Lipscomb was a resident of Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the time of passing. Graveside services will be officiated by Reverend Al Fowler. Memorial services are 1:00 pm, Saturday June 30, 2018, at the First Baptist Church in Tahlequah, Oklahma with Pastor Buddy Hunt officiating. Debbie Inda, as I knew her was a very sweet and dear girl. I only new her in grade school and high school and did not know of her passing untill today. After graduation we all went our separate ways and I only saw her briefly at a reunin I just happened to walk into at the Dewey Fair grounds around 1985. I really never knew where she went or what happened to her. I remember the first time I saw her when we were at recess in the second grade. I remember she was a very pretty little sweetheart...
