Debra was our precious sister in law...she was witty, life of the party and always gave us honesty in her opinions. She never stopped caring about her family and her friends. Always the giver to others. So glad she enriched Rick’s life and ours all these years. May God comfort Rick and Heather in the coming days. Always know we love you and praying for you and her family. God has gained another angel and she no longer has to suffer on this earth. Love to all and Rest In Peace Debra.
