I am very sorry for your loss. I remember Francine, Tonya, and Cody the most as I was a good friend of Tom's. We grew up together and went to school in Savanna, Fran was always kind and caring as was Tonya as well as fun loving. If there is anything I can do.

family, she will be missed, i first met Fran when her and her late ex husband Pat belonged to the Rockford Charter Chapter Viet Now, she loved doing the parades,bingo, picnics, she loved her kids and grandkids, what i am going to miss about her the most is her laughter and the smile she had on her face, may u rest in peace my friend, til we meet again.
