I just saw you this past April when came down to New York visiting Friends and relatives from Maine. It's pretty shocking.. I'm so sorry man that you've left your wonderful staffs, your family and your grandkids. My thoughts and prayers goes out to your family, friends and staffs of Burnt Hills Cafe. I will never forget my favorite meal, Chicken France' that you made for me when I was with my mother when you used to work at Jupiter Restaurant when it was opened. You're going to be soley...

I was so shocked to hear of Jimmy's sudden passing. The whole family has been on my heart ever since I heard on Monday. You were always caring and concerned that people were happy and pleased. You will always be missed Will be praying for the family. Not another diner anywhere like yours!
