Not sure what to say?

So sorry to hear of Don's passing. Katelyn will never forget how he talked to her about his WW2 experience. Don and Loraine were two of our favorite neighbors. We are thankful for the good times we shared at the neighborhood gatherings and our trip to Hill City to see Ken and Cindy. We will keep the entire Fahey family in our prayers.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family at your time of need. I had the pleasure of taking care of Don as his nursing assistant while he was at Mercy on 3west. Everytime I went into the room he always had a big smile on his face and he would make me laugh everytime I was in there, I would look forward to seeing him when I came to work! My condolences, Lindsay Pope

Don was a friend to many of us at the U.of Minnesota. He was always a joy to work with, and he had a God given talent for throwing a ball underhanded. I want to express my sympathy to all of Don's family. Many of us didn't realize that Don was WWII hero. That was no big surprise as Don always was a very modest person. God bless this man.

To Craig, Elaine and all of Don's Family,

Don was such a great part of my life growing up on Olive Street in Coon Rapids. From taking Craig and I to all of those Gopher football and basketball games in the smoky Rebel, to coaching and applauding our efforts in CRAA and Little League, to trying his patience with our garage porch sleepovers. A really, really good man. I will miss him dearly, but am ever so grateful for all the wonderful and fond memories he's left for us. Please...

To Don's Family,
Please accept our sympathy. We were so sorry to hear the news. Don was a good friend and teammate for so many years, and we'll miss him. We are thinking of you.
