Donald M. Rossi
Donald M. Rossi died at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Wednesday, July 26, 2017. He was 79.
Born and raised in the Germantown section of Philadelphia, Mr. Rossi had attended Germantown High School. He has resided in Bensalem Township for the past 43 years and was a member of Saint Ephrem Church.
Until his retirement in 2009, Mr. Rossi was employed with Tastykake Baking Company for 45 years.
Beloved husband of 52 years to Grace A. (Santoro), Mr. Rossi is the loving father of Tina M. Cunicelli (Victor), Anthony Rossi (Amanda), Richard Rossi (Kelly), Jennifer Thompson (Dave), Marlena Ciafrei (Brian) and James Rossi (Heather).
He is the devoted grandfather of Mia, Marco, Miranda, Alexandra, Rick, Ryan, Kierstyn, Haley, Mackenzie, Regan, the late Maclyn, Tara, Ella and Hayden.
Mr. Rossi is the dear brother of Joseph and Richard Rossi, Elaine Pultrone and the late Michael Rossi.
He will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews.and extended family.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Sunday, from 4:00 until 7:00 pm and on Monday, from 9:00 until 10:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. His funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, 10:30 am, at Saint Ephrem Church, Bensalem, followed by the Rite of Committal in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham Township.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mr. Rossi's name may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 150 Monument Road, Suite 100, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.

Our condolences to all of Don's family and friends. We worked together at Tastykake for many many years. He was a wonderful person and was always fun to be around. Donald is my Dear Cousin, we had so many good times growing up together. Then as we became teenagers, we use to go dancing with our friends from "Happy Hollow Playground" and hang out at Sal's Steak Shop.
They were the best times, growing up amongst Family & Friends all of us, in the same neighborhoods. Now everyone is so spread out, we hardly get to see each other.
He always had a smile on his face and we had lots of laughs together. You will be missed by so many!
