Don, Jr. - your father taught me at Kecoughtan, and I visited with your parents by boat a few times in the late 70s.... I always admired his upbeat attitude and approach. I ran in to your parents a bit more than a year ago at Mission BBQ on a special veterans day event and we talked of their boating travels...27 times down the intracoastal, a pilgrimage most only dream about. He was very proud of you... a special man. You are blessed to have benefitted from his influence. DP

What a cool guy Don was! I taught with Edna for years At Thomas Eaton but got to know Don as well. Your family was blessed to have him for all these years. My condolences to you all

A huge part of the Sandy Bay/Bayview family. I always think of Mr. (Col) Taylor on the 4th of July and the fun we all had so many years ago. I considered he and Mrs.Taylor Sandy Bay family. Condolences to Mrs.Taylor, Don, Greg and Russel and the rest of the family. He always had a joke or trick up his sleeve. He is back sailing and having a beer again.
