Douglas Owen "Doug" Powell

I met Doug shortly after becoming the Irrigation Specialist for the City Parks dept. Doug and Jason (and crew) have done countless projects for Parks and Rec and I have worked with them quite a bit... Doug being around my age, working in the same industry and having similarities in personality, I can say I liked Doug immediately and I will miss him. And I know many others in our department will, as well. My sincerest condolences to his family and close friends, our thoughts are with you.

My heartfelt condolences to Kim, Dillon and the Powell family. My heart is broken, Doug will truly be missed.
