Rev. Edmond E. Bliven

Just a note on another anniversary of Father Bliven's passing....he made such a positive difference in the world in his memorable no-nonense, articulate, learned way. Our family will always remember the grace of his life and how much we appreciate how he lived his life.

Father Bliven was a wonderful priest. He brought me back to Christ at a critical time in my life. I will forever be grateful for our lunch meetings. In my eyes he was truly a saint on earth. His memory will forever live within me.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I remember Father Bliven from his time as pastor at St. Michael the Archangel. I so enjoyed his masses that he said in English and Hebrew. He was wise, learned, and never minced words. His intellect and care for humankind was a gift to the world. He will be missed.
