Elbert W. Shaw Jr.

I had the pleasure and privledge of working with Shaw for about five years. His sense of humor, patience and love of chocolate endeared him to me. I'll remember Shaw as a sporting type of fellow, on more than one occasion he stepped up to the challenge when I presented him with a new recipe to taste. "Shaw" and I had been co-workers. I really enjoyed working with him and have some great memories of him. He really was a wonderful person. Our birthdays were two days apart, so it was always fun telling each other what we were going to do on our birthdays. He was the first person that I ever emailed. He sent me an email and I had to call him and he talked me through it over the phone. Shaw was also the person to turn me on to the Dave Mathews Band. He had a CD playing at work one day...
