Caring sympathy extended to the Hill family. I have known Eleanor for more than fifty years and we worked together at HEW/HHS as investigators for The office For Civil Rights. We also both worked with the Black Heritage Society. She will be missed by all of us.

Caring sympathy is extended to Rudy and the boys. I have known Eleanor for more than 50 years and we worked together for HEW/HHS for several years. She was a very special person and we know she will be missed.
