My dad, Robert Knotek, worked for him at the Sunoco gas station he owned in Carnegie down from his dad’s (Sam’s) store and remembers him as a really great guy. When he moved to the Fort Lauderdale area where we had already moved, my dad reconnected with him and worked on his cars for him. He also remembers Ellia and how beautiful she was and her passing. He remembers Elio and Enzo’s blue Harley Davidsons and how he and his dad would borrow them and ride around town on them. My grandfather,...

Belatedly Mom and I learned of the passing of your father. Our sincere condolences to both of you. Many great memories of Morrow Ave and St. Joe's are cherished.

Mr. Capoferri's family. I really got to know him well over the years when he came into our pharmacy. He always kept me on my toes and he always made me smile. I will remember the good advice he gave me. May he rest in peace.
