Emma Helton, born on May 4, 1945, in Ohio, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2025, in Avon, Indiana. She was 80 years old.
Emma was the beloved wife of the late Howard Hudley and a devoted mother to Jay Scott, Robert Scott, and Kim Baird. She was preceded in death by her daughter Machelle Tuttle and her mother, Eliza Pilgrim.
She leaves behind a lasting legacy through her family, including 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Her life touched many, and her memory will continue to be cherished by those who knew her.
A Celebration of Life will be held on November 9, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at American Legion Post 64, located at 601 S Holt Rd. A balloon release will take place around 3:45 PM in her honor.
May her memory continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
