Age 70, departed this life Tues., July 10, 2013 in Milford Hospice Center. Husband of Shirley Spencer Neal; son of Greta Neal and the late Wilbert Neal; father of Sandra Neal, Sharon Hoover (Roger), Sheila Turner (Ricardo), Ernestine Robles (Raymond), Tonya Neal, and Denita Neal. He also leaves to cherish his memory, 9 siblings, 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Funeral 10am, Sat., July 20th at Congo Funeral Home, 2317 N. Market St., Wilm, DE 19802; viewing 8:30-9:45am only. His burial will be held 11am Monday, July 22nd at Delaware Veterans Cemetery in Bear, DE.
