Dr. Howard was my first doctor upon arriving in New Kent. He was kind and gentle with patients, but wiser than most men I had met. Dr. Howard knew how to raise a family and gave great advice on such matters. He was also an avid lover of the outdoors and a keen observer/doer on managing his forests.
He will always be remembered!

Dr. Howard was our family doctor for sixteen years and he was a kind, gentle man who would always be available for his patients. Dr. Howard will be remembered by the people of New Kent and Charles City for all the accomplishments just as myself and children remember him. Jeanette, children and extended family, please accept from a former neighbor our sincere sympathy on the passing of Dr. Howard. Our lives are so much richer from having him a part of our lives.
