Fern Lucille Sawyer

Sharon & Family: I remember Fern Lucille so well. She helped us when we moved to Boise and oversaw our home photos for thenewspaper. We had many visits with her and Don. Bill loved working with him.

Fern Lucille was such a gracious and kind woman. She was a wonderful part of Saturday Fortnightly and so quickly extended her friendship to all of us. We all appreciated her life so much.

I'm very sorry for the familys loss. I helped to care for Fern Lucille a few years ago and really enjoyed having the chance to know her. My prayers are with all the family

Fern Lucille was probably my mother's best friend (Mary Meffert Marden) She was always a support to me and someone I visited every time I was in Boise. I will miss her!

My name is Mary Lou Griffiths Johnson, residing in Murray, UT. My parents are Ruth and Henry Griffiths, former residents of Houston Road. I am so sorry to read of Fern Lucille's passing. I guess the last time that I saw Fern Lucille was at my parents 50th wedding anniversary (1995). I just looked up some pictures of my parents wedding where your mother and father were in many of these and your mom was in some at the anniversary...

Sharon, your mother certainly lived a full and rewarding life. I have some very fond memories of her and especially of a few parties where you and I "helped". Anyway, we thought we did. May God bless you and all of your family during this time of loss.
