Not sure what to say?

Willis, Bennet, Robert and Elizabeth and families,
How fortunate I feel that Robert and I could know you and Flo for so many years, through shared times in Manhattan, Bloomington, Talladega, Birmingham and Oregon! Flo was a gift, in her kindness to others, her inspiration to those who love literature, and the ways she loved the earth and its people. I shall miss her very much, and send sympathy and love to all of you.

Words cannot express how much I will miss Flo and cherish her memory. She was an extraordinary woman with so much love and compassion for humanity. Her love for youngsters showed in her dedication to providing writing opportunities for them at Writing Today. The Writing Today Advisory Committee treasures her memory.

Willis and Family,
We hope that the wonderful memories you have will provide comfort for you now. Your family in Kentucky is thinking of you.
With love,
Angela Moore & Michael Schnuerle

Dear Willis,
It was with great sadness we saw the news about your sweet Florence.
We had missed both of you at the annual Christmas Breakfast. You and your family have our deepest sympathy.
With thoughts & prayers - Your Ramsay Family

It was a pleasure to be a student of Flo Jacksons at Huffman High from 94-98. She helped me cultivate a great love for all types of literature, creative writing and public speaking. She had a lasting impact on my life in all areas. I feel thankful and privileged to have had such a wonderful person in my life.
LOVE YOU MRS. J

With my love and prayers for you all. Flo was a cherished friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and worked with her.

All of you are in our thoughts and prayers. May each of you receive comfort in knowing that Flo is in a far better place at this time and is feeling no pain or suffering.

Flo was truly an inspiration to me. She brought so much energy and love to Over the Mountain Democrats. Every time I saw her or spoke with her she filled me up with her amazing joy and energy. She invigorated everyone around her. I will always miss her.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during these difficult moments
