Not sure what to say?

One of the Finest Men, Thant I ever met, you will never be forgotten Joe, I look forward seeing you again. All My Love

One of best times in my life was with Joe and Randy as OICs of Survival Tactics June 1980. Ran up to 10 miles a day and wanted more. Married my loving wife a week after and was in great shape for honeymoon to Aruba. There will never be any others that compare to these legends. Until we meet again sirs.

So many memoriesmiss you my Brother. Love you always.

Hey Joe - still thinking about you son. You and Randy Davis hanging out? Miss you my brother and especially our dining on MRE's in the woods in a foxhole on USMC birthday! I'll see you again when it's my time. God Bless my brother!

Joe, you will always be remembered in the Law Enforcement Community! I'm sure your training has saved many lives! You were ILEA!!
RIP!

Hello my old friend...I know you continue to count cadence and are harassing whomever you encounter all the while with the big round face grin. I think about you nearly every day and will never forget our friendship. You began as a mentor and ended up as one of my best friends in the world. I will never forget you. Captain Randy Sevenish (MCSD-ret)

I met Joe Rupe when I was 21-years old in the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy. Joe walked up to me after my Class President Speech, which I thought was weak. Joe gave me a big hug. Looked into my eyes with strength, compassion, and love, and said, "Lunetta, I would be in a fox hole with you. Later in life, Joe called me and congratulated me graduating from the Indiana State Police Academy. Joe and I crossed trained our SWAT teams together. Joe was a life inspiration for me, and many many...

I am truly saddened to hear the passing of a good friend, a brother Marine and my sensi. You were with out a doubt the finest instructor I have ever had. I truly enjoyed being at the academy in the 34th session, A consular for the 44 sessions and all the times that I came down for a good guy ,bad guy scenarios. My heart felt condolences to the family. RIP my Warrior Brother. Your friend Chip Yanta

Thinking of all of you knowing how hard it is to lose Joe. He made a huge mark on the world. Love to all.
