Read MoreI was looking over some photos that Molly and Bonnie shared, and was inspired to come here to share how much I loved Fran as a person. She was very warm and welcoming, and an inspiration to me in mothering my own children. She always encouraged creativity, and made sure we kids had various art and craft materials with which to construct our imaginary worlds. I feel lucky to have known her.

What a wonderful woman. She was like another Mother to me at various times in my life. She was no nonsense, full of wisdom and never one for hysterics. Fran graciously welcomed me to live with her for several months when I first came to Los Angeles. She will be missed on so many levels. Intrepid to the end, she was always on the go and seemed indestructible.
