Frank is greatly missed. He always provided the warmest and wonderful smile with kind words for everyone. My sincerest sympathies to the Gallagher family. Frank´s humor will be greatly missed as well. He loved cracking me up with stories of my Dad teaching him how to drive a car. Now Frank and Johnny can laugh together and smile down at us. Peace my Brother

I worked with Frank at the Greater Baltimore Committee right after he graduated from Georgetown. He was one of the smartest, hard working and humble people I've met. Very sad to hear this. My condolences
