Frank is greatly missed. He always provided the warmest and wonderful smile with kind words for everyone. My sincerest sympathies to the Gallagher family. I worked with Frank at the Greater Baltimore Committee right after he graduated from Georgetown. He was one of the smartest, hard working and humble people I've met. Very sad to hear this. My condolences
