A good man that I had the pleasure of speaking with daily about law enforcement and the direction that it is going. Deputy Lloyd had a keen understanding of what was needed for law enforcement in our nations future. It is unfortunate that our community will not have the benefit of having him as one of our protectors and leaders. He will be missed and remembered. Frank I salute you and your memory!
