Franklyn Scott Shaffner

Franklyn was born on October 20, 1939 and passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017. Franklyn was a resident of Urbana, Ohio at the time of passing. Scott served in the U.S. Army from 1956-59 in the 38th Engineer Company. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2017 in the WALTER & LEWIS FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, where a memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Scott's memory to the Cancer Association of Champaign County, P.O.
