Romans 14:7-9

NASB

7 For not one of us lives for himself, and not one dies for himself; 8 for if we live, we live for the Lord, or if we die, we die for the Lord; therefore whether we live or die, we are the Lord's. 9 For to this end Christ died and lived again, that He might be Lord both of the dead and of the living.

Gary was a fine gentleman. My sympathy and prayers go out to the family.

Gary was a very special person supportive in every way. He will be remembered for his cheerful spirit, his kindness and his sense of humor. We are thankful that God allowed him to cross our paths. May God bless you and grant you peace.

To the Abernathy family,
Our sincere thoughts and prayers are with you.

Have known the Abernathys for a long time. We pray that God will continue to bless you mightily.

To the Abernathy Family,
I would like to express my sympathy to you. God will help you during this time.

For the very short time that I knew Mr. Abernathy, I was very impressed with the gentle nature of his spirit and the abundance of knowledge he possessed. He will be missed by me; he was a loving individual. Emmer Gray-Mallard - Greater St. Mary Baptist Church - Tyler, TX

Celebrating a life well lived. I will never forget the life lessons taught by Uncle Gary. He treated me as one of his own children; and for that I am forever greatful. Rest in peace uncle, and may God continue to comfort all of us during this difficult time.
