Gary was an active, dedicated board member at Halifax Urban Ministries. A true servent for the Lord.

I remember visiting Gary a friend of my family and neighbor since I was a little girl at the police station inside the old mall in South Daytona after my dance classes inside the mall. He was a great man and trusted police officer and will be missed.

This is going to be extremely difficult for me as Gary was not just a friend...but someone that I always respected and looked up to. My first time meeting Gary is when I attended and soon thereafter became a South Daytona Police Explorer in 1984. I forever cherished the time I was able to ride along with Gary in his Community Service Police Van.The one that had the four blue bubble lights on top.
