He was a wonderful vocal teacher for our Elisabeth. She grew so much as a person the year she took lessons. He was truly a warmhearted man with love in his heart for music and people. His talents will be truly missed.

We are saddened to hear of Gene's passing. He was a great vocal teacher and pianist. He did his job on earth and is now playing beautiful music in heaven. You have our sympathy, Betty, and may God's grace be with you and your family.

I was blessed to have Gene as my vocal teacher many years ago, he brought out my voice and confidence. He shared a beautiful spirit and energy.
