Dear Nola, so sorry about your dear Spud. Haven't seen either of you in many years but remember that you and I were in the same hospital room at Midland in 1962 after having our babies. I had just had Robert, my second child and you had a little girl, can't remember her name. I remember you brought your baby girl over to visit later on and our two babies laid on the blanket on the floor looking at each other. Sweet memories. Sorry for your loss Nola. to Nola and all the Copus kids. So sorry to hear about Spuds passing. Had not seen him in over 40 years and got to see and chat with him twice in the last year. feel so fortunate. Nothing but great warm memories of our dads softball and apple fights in the back yard of your house lol

Uncle Spud gave unconditional love to me, and I know everyone who was a part of his life. What a great example of a man who loved his family and friends and gave so much. He will be so missed but always so respected in life and in death. Love you Uncle Spud.
