JOHNSON FUNERAL HOME Obituary



Gina Cain, 59, went home to be with the Lord on August 22, 2018.



 



She was born to Curtis and Norma Cain on June 19, 1959 in Jennings, LA.



 



She will be remembered for her beauty and humor and the love she had for her grandchildren. She will also be remembered as an excellent cook and for her love of music.



 



Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Tania Guidry and Ryan Guidry;



grandchildren, Cameron Schexnider, Caleb Lassiter, Kloee Guidry and Noah Guidry; mother, Norma Cain; sisters, Cindy Lyons (Charlie), Jodi Fitzgerald, and Traci Shearer; and numerous nieces and nephews.



 



She was preceded in death by her father, Curtis Cain; and beloved grandmother, Grace Howard.



 



A private memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at Johnson Funeral Home. A private burial will be held following the service.

So very sorry for this tremendous loss .Gina was always a beautiful person inside and out. She had the most beautiful smile and she loved people. Gina was and is loved by many and we will praying for her loved ones left behind . Prayers are offered by Jessica, Jennifer ,Brian and Jacqueline with love. Rest in peace.

I am so very sorry to hear that Gina has passed away. Gina was always so sweet and kind to me. I have many fond memories of our school days together. She was beautiful inside & out. Gina was one of my treasured students. She played such an important part in the birth of the Pride and Spirit Band in Lake Arthur during the 1970"s. She was beautiful inside and out. Talented and thoughtful. My heart goes out to the family. My love is with her always.
