Gladys Mumper

Gladys was a joy to work with. She always had a quiet message message of humor to add to a conversation in hr in the Civil service commission. She had me for lunch in her beautiful home in New Cumberland. She was a grand lady with her cloth napkins, crystal glasses, beautiful place settings.
