Mrs. Speers, Theresa, Craig, Kim, Brendan and Brian, I am so sorry that your Dad and Granddad has passed away. I have always enjoyed the celebrations where we all got to spend time together through the years and as recently as last summer at Brian's football game. Mr. Speers always made time to chat with the kids and I and I always walked away feeling genuinely loved and cared about. He was a great man who will be missed. Stay close and stick together. See each of you soon.

A true gentleman and patriot who not only believed in democratic ideals but lived them. Thank you Hap, for all you did.
