Not sure what to say?

Heinz was a blessing to me in many ways. He and Laure provided hospitality to me for while I completed my last semester of post-grad studies. Generosity, kindness, service, and joy in the journey were common virtues displayed in their home. Heinz had a broad range of biblical knowledge and its application too. To this day I thank God for Heinz and his family.

My prayers are with the Habel family.

Dear Habel Family:

Even though we know he is in a much better place, Robin and I are so sad to hear of the passing of Heinz. We loved him as we do Lore. I still consider him my elder in the Lord. He and Lore contributed significantly to my life and walk with the Lord. Because of him I am a better man. Thankfully we share many happy memories of our time in Illinois. Robin and I wish blessing and peace to the entire Habel family as you mark his passing.

So many good memories of Heinz in BSF - a good and faithful servant, encourager, friend - rejoicing in the presence of the Savior he loved and trusted. Praying for God's comfort for all of you. Bill Slater (Libertyville, IL)

To Mrs. Habel and the entire Habel Family,
Our prayer is that God give you comfort in the knowledge that your loved one has "Graduated" into God's kingdom, and will await a great reunion with loved ones in God's time.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

He fought the good fight, he finished the race, and he kept the faith. Now there is in store for him the crown of righteousness which the Lord, the Righteous Judge will award to him on that day. May I say in advance, from an earthly perspective, 'well done, good and faithful servant.' My prayers for God's comfort will continue. A wonderful man of God has gone home.
