I was fortunate to have Ms. Watkins as my AP English teacher for 1972-1973. Thanks to her, I was exposed to authors as diverse as Conrad, O'Neill, and Camus. I think my classmates would agree she gave us excellent preparation for college work. I am grateful I knew her.
